    When to Display Your Flag: The American flag should be displayed on all days and especially the holidays listed below. Wondering when to fly the flag at half staff? The dates with comments indicate when you should fly your flag at half-staff.

    On Memorial Day the flag should be displayed at half-staff until noon only, and then raised to the top of the staff.
